29.07.09 The Playfield Institute have recently been successful in securing funding from the Scottish Government to extend the HandsOnScotland website. This will involve adding sections to the website focusing on mental health improvement and will be targeted at all those working with and caring for infants, children and young people.

27.08.08 Promoting positve mental health and wellbeing - NHS Fife event open to members of the public and frontline workers.
   
12.08.08 The HandsOnScotland Toolkit Post-Launch Evaluation Report has been completed. The study involved over 60 frontline workers. Overall, the feedback was positive - workers' confidence increased and they reported feeling more supported in their work.

This is a website about low mood and depression in young adults, and was launched in June as part of Scottish National Depression Week 2008.
   
02.07.08 Two new booklets have been released by SIGN (Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network) on autism spectrum disorders. One booklet is for parents and carers, and the other is for young people.

lead a specialist team of Inspectors to look at how good our child protection services are in Fife.
